I help you sell and work better, even without a team.

I improve the path between first contact and a sale, organise follow-up and remove manual tasks that take over your day.

What do you want to improve first?

You do not need to change everything. We start with the point that is costing you the most time or opportunities.

I get contacts, but few move forward

We find where people stop between discovering your work, asking for information and making a decision.

I repeat tasks that could be done for me

We choose simple, frequent tasks that can happen without depending on you every time.

I receive requests through Instagram or WhatsApp

How I work with you

First I understand what happens today. Only then do we decide what should change.

  1. We choose one concrete problem that is taking time or holding back sales.
  2. We follow the real journey, including the cases that do not go as expected.
  3. We decide what stays with you and what can happen without manual work.
  4. We test real situations and make the next step visible.

Work in use, not just ideas

I also build and support my own products. That makes me consider what happens before, during and after every action.

Questions I often receive

Do I have to replace the tools I already use?

Not always. I first check whether your current tools can do what you need. I only suggest a change when there is a real limitation.

Do I need to start with a large project?

No. It is more useful to start with a contained problem, confirm that the change works and then move to another part of the business.

How do I know whether to improve sales or daily tasks first?

If people show interest but few move forward, look at the sales journey and follow-up first. If work is coming in but your day is spent repeating steps, start with those tasks.

Will I stop talking to my clients?

No. The aim is to remove repetitive work and keep the conversations and decisions where your involvement matters.
