How does the partnership and subcontracting model work?
You handle sales, strategy and the direct relationship with your client. I handle the technical development, the knowledge base setup and the integration on the client’s website.
Can the service be presented as my agency’s solution?
Yes. The model works on a white-label basis. Your agency presents and bills the service to the end client according to your own price list.
Who handles technical support and maintenance after delivery?
I handle technical maintenance, stability monitoring and configuration changes, so your team does not have to maintain code or infrastructure.
How is the partnership paid?
Development and integration have a fixed price set per project before work starts. You can add your own margin on top of that price when you present the proposal to your client.
What are the technical requirements to add the assistant to the client’s website?
Only adding a code script to the client’s website (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify or custom code). The assistant and the knowledge base run on separate infrastructure and add no load to the client’s server.
